Ingredients
For the dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
For the veggies
- 4 pepperoncini peppers (see Note #1) jarred in brine, sliced into bite sized rings
- 1 (10 oz) package cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 red bell pepper diced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
For the pasta
- 1 (6 oz) box Bowtie pasta cooked according to package directions
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Make the dressing by shaking in a salad shaker or by whisking ingredients in large bowl. Set aside.
- Chop the veggies.
- Toss all ingredients together. Then cover and chill. These flavors get better with time so it’s great to make this the day before you are going to serve it.
